Pacific Rim BioEnergy is a technology licensee for British Columbia, it also has has a 25% steak in 3d Algae, the technology's global licensing body.
Partnerships
We are looking for industrial partners interestest in caping their CO2 emissions. Algae requires carbon dioxide to grow, so the more emissions the better.
Why Algae?
Algae matures as a harvestable crop in less than two weeks. It is also one of our planets most efficient photosynthetic organisms, making it an ideal crop for converting the suns rays into stored energy.
Climate Change
Unlike animals, algae breaths in carbon dioxide and breaths out oxygen. In fact about 60% of the oxygen we breath comes from algae. Used properly, algae can be our best defense against global warming.
Peak Oil
We are passed the half way point in our depletion of global oil reserves. Each year that goes by, in which we are still reliant on fossil fuels, we incrementally increase our risk of an economic meltdown.
